This historic moment, like all those that have come before it, will not and should not be easy. The senseless death of George Floyd and the sharp inequalities that persist against Black men and women has brought our collective shortcomings to the surface and cannot be tolerated. When injustice, violence, and discrimination prevail, we all lose as equality and prosperity have continuously gone hand-in-hand.

Respect for diversity has been at the core of the culinary experience, and we bring this same important commitment into our global business. From our skilled craftsmen to our stores and support teams across the globe, we are committed to creating a culture of trust, inclusivity and equality for our employees and the communities we serve.

We have always believed and acted on the power of the individual and will continue to invest in efforts that further diversity and equality of opportunity within Le Creuset.
